Besan and Green Gram Flour

Nothing helped my skin better than besan and green gram flour..
Many people are worried about being overweight, others about underweight, some are worried about hair loss and others about abnormal skin conditions etc. I would like to tell you about my own body and the healthy habits I am following to keep me fit.Considering the whole body, in terms of food habits, I usually eat less of red meat and fried items. Remember I
never avoid, but reduce the intake. I eat a lot of fish and an egg per day. If I happen to be in a party with rich foods, the following week I avoid taking meals at least once a day and substitute with fruits or vegetables.
To say the truth according to my experience, exercise alone can never give you a good body. I am not sure about the machines as I have not tried them. But I have followed different exercises in vain. In my case
exercises increased the flexibility of my body, that's all. But when I had a controlled diet along with exercise, my weight decreased and so did my tummy.
Next the skin is the main thing. I had an
oily skin with pimples when I was in my teens. Although my complexion was fair, I never worried about them and never touched them. But my friends who meddled with the pimples had black spots on their faces.
Within minutes after washing my face it used to get oily and I was really worried about that. Those that looked at me asked, why haven't you washed your face? Once I read in a magazine about the oil removing properties of
besan and green gram flour. I just had to try it out.
Within three months I got my pimples slowly disappearing and
a good oil balance which gave me a fresh look and a much fairer complexion. I never use a soap to wash my face. I use either besan flour or green gram flour or a soap free face wash. I was using very expensive face washes with natural ingredients before. But in my experience I have never found any face wash or face pack better than besan or green gram flour.
Just give it a go if you have a
skin problem. But take care that after applying the flour on your face do not talk or laugh till you wash it away after drying. The paste dries hard on your face and if you move the muscles on your face you may get wrinkles on your skin. No other side effects other than this. Hope these small tips help.
