Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Ingredients: 1 red apple 1 carrot 1 tomato 1 beetroot 2 tsp of honey 1 glass milk 1 tsp of sugar Preparation: Peel the apples and cut into large pieces. Remove the seeds. Beat in a mixer. Add all the other ingredients and beat well. Add crushed ice if needed. Whip for 3 minutes. *This juice is useful for blood circulation and great for your eyes. *Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles.
