General Motors Diet

It worked wonders on my body..
I had a wedding reception to attend in a week's time and reduced 5 kgs in that single week !!This is one of my achievements in life when it comes to weight loss. I am 5"3' and weighed 66kg. That's a number I was stuck to after my son was born. I had a wedding reception to attend in a week's time and was not able
to fit into my favorite dress which was just perfect for the function. I was depressed and was willing to try anything to fit in that dress.
I knew about the
General Motors diet plan but had never given it a shot, as I was doubtful about the results. But then I did it, it brought me straight down to 61kg. I know you would say it is drastic and dieting to the extent of starving can only make that happen. But NO, this plan needs you to be full all the time, but you have to eat what they ask you to eat and nothing else.
The
first day would need you to have only fruits, but no bananas and mangos. The
second day only vegetables and you can start your day with just 2 potatos. The
third day would need you to have fruits and vegetables. The
fourth day you will have 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. The
fifth day allows you to eat 1 cup of rice and six tomatoes. The
sixth day you can have 1 cup rice and all vegetables. The
seventh day repeat the sixth day.
A sure shot success if you stick to it. Then there is a
soup that you can make from cabbage, tomatoes, onions, capsicum and celery. You can have this soup in any quantity all the seven days. Lastly you have to drink a minimum of
ten glasses of water on all the days. If you are desperate, then this is the last resort. Going on this diet plan one week in a month is good for the body as it washes away all the toxins and purifies your system.
If it worked wonders on my body , it can do wonders on yours too. Just do what it says and avoid sugar, milk and oil all through. All the best!*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
