Getting Fat? Not a Problem Anymore!

I am a 30 year old woman from California and several months ago I weighed 190 pounds.I used to try
different types of diets off the internet, but they didn’t really help or they did for a very short period of time. I even tried not to eat all day long but it didn’t help either.
One day one of my friends told me about the non-fad
glycemic index diet. GI diet consisted of using glucose and foods that had an effect on blood sugar levels.
For some reason I warmed up to the idea immediately, and after getting some more information about it, I understood that till that day I was not
doing the right thing for losing weight.
'Not eating and doing nothing' was not a diet, I would never lose weight this way and even when I did I'd put the weight right back on. From that day onwards,
I set myself a goal and did everything to reach that goal.
The first step was
thinking right, being optimistic and believing that everything that you set your mind to is quite possible. If you want it badly and if you want to reach your aim you should go for it and must be persistent.
My second step was eating right. The recipe that I used included using lower calories, good, fresh foods, fruits and vegetables. The only thing you should remember is not to eat a lot, if you heard the saying
'measure is pleasure'.
Third step was
walking a lot, exercising every morning. I also started attending fitness clubs for classes. I refused to travel by car. From that day on I went to most places on foot.
Now I weigh only 150 pounds. And I feel as though I am a new person!*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
