Glucose Level Assumption

by Cristian
(Scotland)

Glucose is one of the basic nutrients sustaining the body and its stability and ideal level and balance should be maintained. If not, it will affect you in both ways:

Increased level of glucose will delay the ailment and if not controlled it will eat away parts of the body. If glucose level is decreased, one will suffer from headache and even diseases. So any diet, should be in tune with the body's level of glucose.

On this assumption, I followed a pattern of diet that cured me after an accident. A diet to be followed should be efficient to give you health as well as adequate and should suit one's daily routine.

After an accident and with much rest and without any exercise, I put on weight. My wife prepared a diet and asked me to follow strictly. All my friends and relatives asked me what medication or treatment that cured me soon. The answer I told them was 'diet'. The diet that cured me was made of many healthy and nutritious ingredients from different nutrient groups.

The diet is the only healer for a patient to get rid of his/her ailment as well as providing his/her mental satisfaction. It should be palatable and satisfactory in all aspects of nutrition.
