Green Tea and Yoga

Best Way to Grow Leaner and Fitter
This is the diet that has worked best for me. Basically, I drink
green tea twice a day. Once in the morning, and a second time at night during dinner. I feel that green tea helps to suppress my appetite and make me feel full.
Plus, green tea has many
health benefits, including a good amount of antioxidants, and it flushes toxins out of your body. It also has just enough caffeine to help me feel awake in the morning without making me feel jittery and overly-caffeinated.
I do at least
30 minutes of yoga every day. Yoga helps me feel fit and balanced. Whenever I finish a session of yoga, I feel less hungry than I was before. In general, after any type of exercise, I don't feel like eating.
Yoga, in particular, makes me feel
relaxed and peaceful, so I am less likely to eat because I am sad, anxious or upset. Sometimes, when I'm upset, I reach for food and end up over-eating, but yoga puts me at ease. Maybe people don't realize this, but yoga is an
excellent form of exercise and can help you burn a lot of calories.
I have been on this for a few weeks now and can definitely feel and see the difference. I still eat my normal
healthy meals and try to avoid fast and junk foods, but I incorporate green tea and yoga into my schedule every day.
I lost five pounds during the first couple of weeks and I am continuing to grow leaner and fitter.*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
