Naturopathy for Weight Loss

I have tried many things to reduce my weight. First thing was to skip my breakfast, but that made me eat more during lunch time, so I quit that.. Then I went for
regular 45 minutes walks, which made me feel better and I followed that for 3 months. It gave me good results, then again I could not continue, then I did
cycling at home that also helped me in reducing my weight.
Whatever I did, I could not regularly do. After I stopped the particular thing then again my weight will increase. I heard about
naturopathy treatment and I decided to go for that. First day they checked my weight and height and my body mass index- BMI was a little high, so they prepared a chart of what I should do.
I had to get up at 5 AM in the morning and I had to do
yoga and meditation, then I had herbal tea which made me fresh and energetic as it was mixed with jaggery, then half an hour of brisk walking, then I would lie in the mild sunlight at 7 am in the morning and applied
special mud in the stomach which kept my stomach cool and improved my
digestive system.
Then massaging my whole body which helped me relax and
circulatory system and also helped shape the body and helped in weight reduction and lastly, cold water hip bath that also believed to help reduce my weight.
The most important part was
the diet they asked me to follow, so I had lot of fruits and vegetables. I was allowed to eat lots of grapes which helped in reducing my weight and could eat all fruits except banana and chickoo which would lead to weight gain.
I had bottleguard juice which cooled the body and helped in reducing weight and ate a lot of protein rich foods like green gram and black gram, and also had lot of sprouts and nuts like badam- almonds and cashews which were
good for brain and heart.
So with the help of naturopathy treatment and good food habits I am maintaining weight. Whatever you do,do it regularly that gives one best results and makes life happy.*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
