Get Active, Eat Healthy and Less!
I have been over weight my entire life, or more like from the age of eight. I have constantly been mocked, teased and had a
low self-esteem. Everything always seemed to bother me and all the worries and thoughts I had were about the fact that I was fat and not healthy.
When I was a teenager I was fed up with my weight and finally decided to go on a healthy diet and an exercise plan
to control my body and myself mentally.
The best diet for me was the one that every woman should do during their whole life: Wake up early and eat a normal portion of food, snack every 2 hours, no sweets, no bread or simple carbohydrates, drink only water at least eight small bottles a day, exercise for at least ten minutes and eat nothing else after seven o’ clock.
I started to work on myself and the results were amazing. I even stared to
make my own food such as boiled chicken breast with lemon squeezed on it, baked fish, green peas with cucumber, and natural yogurt with a sour green apple. It may seem strange but I lost 20 pounds in a month and a half.
I started to walk faster, sweat less, sleep right and since I had previously been detected for a
heart disease, I went to another checkup with my doctor and was relieved to hear that everything was proper and fine.
I started attending the gym to lose even more weight where I would
work out three times a week for an hour instead of my usual ten minutes I did every day at home.
If you have similar problems as I did, the best way to lose it all is to go on the diet that is meant for everyone –
eat healthy and less, live longer!*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
