Success with HCG Diet

I would like to also comment on the HCG diet. I had been hearing about HCG for about a year, but didn't think much of it either, just another fad right?

Wrong...when I saw that our naturopathic dr. was advertising it in our area, I knew it had to be a healthier diet than most. That stuck my interest, so I contacted my friend who has tried every diet out there, to no avail. She immediately went and started the injections, yikes! That part scared me.

Anyway, I called her a week later to see how she was doing and she had lost 9 lbs. in the first week, her goal was 25 lbs. She ultimately lost 22 lbs. in the first month! She was ecstatic. That struck a cord with me.

So, I continued my search and found HCG Platinum Drops..No injections, I liked that! Plus they contained amino acids which only boosted the weight loss and helped you feel better throughout the process. So I had to try it.

Mind you, I only had 10 lbs. to lose, but I wanted to see if it worked without following the 500 calorie diet, but once I started I thought, why not do it all the way? Much to my surprise, I lost 11 lbs. in the first 3 weeks. Several others friends and family tested it also and most lost 7-9 lbs. in the first week and 18-20 lbs. in 3-4 weeks. EVERYONE said it was the easiest way they ever lost 20 lbs. on ANY diet.

So, even though it was only 500 calories, the HCG made you feel full, otherwise, you could never live on only 500 calories for 3 weeks, as your body would go into starvation mode. I know there are many naysayers out there, as with everything, but we tested it for ourselves. The next two steps were the maintenance phases in which you train your body to get used to your new set body weight.


All the naysayers said that we would all gain the weight back. Well guess what? We didn't! We have all been trained to eat better on a daily basis, which is what all of us should have been doing all these years anyway, so why would we gain it back. In fact, the 2nd and 3rd phases require that you eat at least 1500 calories, which is a lot, and even hard to do most days.

So, HCG is a lifestyle diet change and we are loving the way we feel, with less weight, more energetic, and and overall well being. I encourage all of you to try it, even the naysayers. A couple of my tests were on naysayers and much to their amazement, they said, 'The weight and inches just fell off'.
