The Only Diet That Really Works

by Jackie Krugel
(South Africa)

High Protein Low Carb Diet

High Protein Low Carb Diet

I have followed many diets during the last twenty years, including 'crash course' and 'instant weight loss guaranteed' and more , and twice in 20 years I have come back to the same diet and will swear by it that it truly is the only diet that works.

It is completely healthy and provides you with plenty of energy. That is the high protein, low carbohydrate diet.

All the simple carbohydrates that you take in daily should be cut and when you start with the high protein diet you should ensure that you do not get more than 20 grams of carbohydrates into your diet per day.

Fish, grilled chicken breast fillets daily and red meat twice a week is more than sufficient, get yourself a carbohydrate counter and make sure that you do not pass 20 grams of simple carbohydrates per day, no starches or sweets or cakes are allowed.

Eggs, low fat cheese, green vegetables and salads are all allowed, also no fruits in your first week. No alcohol and when you drink coffee ensure it is decaffeinated.

After your first week in which you should lose between three to four kilograms, you slowly increase your carbohydrate intake to up to 50 grams per day for ongoing weight loss.

This is probably the only diet I believe in, that allowed me to stay thin and lean for a long time. Everything else I tried failed!
