Tomatoes and Chillies for a Tasty Soup

Apart from changing your diet, you need to understand the subtle ideas behind your taste to be able to stick to it forever. For example, do you like your foods sweet, or a little sour or you need them to be spicy.
Let me tell you what I do for being a person who loves a little 'sour and spicy' food. I add a lot of tomatoes to my soups and vegeatables. Believe it or not, if you boil tomatoes and green chillies together, they give a wonderful flavour to go with whole wheat breads or rice.
You can also add raw papaya to the mixture, for example, half a kilo of raw papaya with 250 grams of tomatoes along with 2 green chillies, and boil them together- cooking with pressure cooker takes just 10 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves and add one teaspoon of powder of roasted cumin seeds. This is great for a lunch apart from taking care of your stomach.
In case the amounts here are too large for a lunch for you, you can divide them into three portions if you wish to; to be eaten at three different times, it will be fine in the fridge for a couple of days.
I consider this as the idea to provide your stomach with food so as to help with the metabolism which is required to burn calories.
There are plenty of vegetables with which you can experiment along with tomatoes. Mint leaves and coriander leaves are the other two varieties which can sprice up your vegetables.
*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
