Wonders of Anti Aging Low Glycemic Foods

How Low GI Foods Can Help With Your Wrinkles..
People prefer various anti-aging creams over small, easy, simple house-hold trusted formulas. Aging is one thing that makes us worry a lot and this worry makes us look older than we actually are.
Why go for aging creams, face-lifts, Botox treatments for removing those wrinkles, when one can actually try and use simple anti-aging foods to keep those dirty wrinkles at bay.
I was really worried about aging until I found few Low Glycemic Index foods which have strong anti aging properties. I included them in my daily diet and, to tell you the truth, it really created magic within days.
Fruits like yogurt, whole-beans, tomatoes, leafy vegetables etc. can really be helpful if included in daily diet. Also fish like Mackerel, which is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids prove to be beneficial in the long run.
Regular intake of green tea also made a lot of difference. Within a couple of weeks of this daily diet, I could see a radiant glow on my face. Apart from that my skin looked healthy and strong.
I wonder why we spend so much money on anti-aging creams, when we can get positive results from such wonderful fruits and vegetables we have around us. I wonder whether these anti-aging creams can really make that difference.
On the contrary, we know that these low GI foods are definitely helpful in the long run, then why not switch to them and enjoy all the benefits they provide us.
*Here I'd like to tell you about my favorite diet program that uses a lot of the healthy lower GI foods: Isabel de los Rios' 'The Diet Solution Program'.
The Diet Solution Program favours a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, but not offering anyone a quick fix to their weight troubles. It has loads of valuable data and research to support its approach. I personally investigated the program thoroughly and my mum has been using it for a while now. I have to say she got some great results.
The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest we have seen, a strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types. So give it a try and let me know how you’re doing.*
