Being Thin is a Way of Life

The hardest thing that you will enjoy
I went from a chubby two hundred and thirty pounds to a ripped one hundred and eighty five pounds in under six months with proper diet and exercise.
I ate chips and desserts and drank soda all the time because I enjoyed the way they tasted, but then I didn’t enjoy the fact that they made me fat. I started out with this DVD of MMA fighters doing workouts that the person had to follow along with.
I realized that being that out of shape was just wrong and I had to do something about it. I got rid of chips and soda and minimized desserts as to not over indulge. I started to eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean meat. I replaced soda with water and non-sweetened tea.
I was losing weight at an incredible rate, but then I got stuck in doing the same workout over and over again, which was boring me. I started to formulate new work-outs to keep things from being boring and then I took the right supplements to stay healthy.
Whey protein and glucosamine helped my joints from hurting and whey gave my muscles fuel to grow and not hurt after lifting. I started to drop shirt sizes and I could not believe it because I have not been a medium since I was a child.
I enjoy the attention from losing weight and looking very healthy. If I could give any advice, it would be to never give up and stay on the course because being thin is a way of life and not short term.
Avoid Beef and Avoid Grease

Two easiest ways to cut the fat in your diet
My wife and I maintain a healthy diet and at the same time enjoy a variety of different meals. We do not look for recipes on health sites, but instead look for something good in a cookbook or website and decide if it is healthy enough for us.
My wife will often change components of a recipe to make it more healthy. Such as only using fat free butter or cream cheese, or low fat cooking oil and olive or canola oil. It really comes down to knowing what is going to be healthy and what is not, and it is much more obvious than most people would think.
Avoid beef and avoid frying, these are the two easy ways to cut the amount of fat in your diet considerably. Try a variety of healthy foods as well, just because you’re dieting doesn’t mean you have to eat the same plain boring meals all of the time.
Eating healthy can lead to other smart choices a well, for instance my wife and I could drive to school but we instead choose to bike there. This saves money and is a good way to fit exercise into our busy schedules.
My advice is to start simple, by avoiding red meat and grease, after that move on to more restrictions of things you know are fatty, sugary and salty. This will certainly lead to a healthy diet and a healthy life style.
