My Easy Healthy Diet

I would just do my own thing according to my lifestyle..
Well, I was almost 200 lbs when I decided to go on a diet. Not just for me but I did not want my family to follow my eating habits considering i have four kids and childhood obesity is huge nowadays.
But I have tried a couple of different diets such as the biggest loser diet and weight watchers and don’t get me wrong they all work pretty good but just not for me . For one I didn’t have the time to figure out points all day. It didn’t take long before I figured that I would just do my own thing according to my lifestyle.
So I still ate all the things I wanted , just not as often or as big of portions and it was really rather satisfying.
I don’t go to the gym for hours on end anymore because I realized I was missing out on way to much family time and so we just do a lot moreactivities as a family: A lot of walking, swimming, cycling etc.
I stopped drinking soda and switched to teas and water and diet beverages and you would be surprised just how much that helped me in my mission.
I also eat a lot more veggies and I do NOT use butter for flavor anymore like I used to- I would use butter for simply everything. Now I use either butter flavored cooking spray (no calories) or just spices. I hope this helps.
