Recipe for Greek Salad
Here is an easy, tasty and healthy recipe for Greek salad that anyone can make easily.
Ingredients:
- 6 tomatoes
- 3 medium cucumbers
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small green bell pepper
- About 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 1.5 cups kalamata black olives
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 small red onions
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 lemon’s juice
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pita bread
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the tomatoes and cucumbers and dice them into large cubes.
- Seed the red and green peppers and chunk them.
- Remove the seeds of the black olives with a knife.
- Peel and chop the onions ring-shaped.
- Mix them all in a large salad bowl.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes and put the feta on top of the salad.
- Shake lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, oregano and olive oil in a small container and pour it over the salad.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste, wait until the salad marinates and serve with yummy pita bread.
