Almond Rice Soup

Ingredients:

• 150 grams of rice

• 100 g leeks

• 75 grams almonds (chopped as small as rice)

• 75 ml of milk

• Salt and balck pepper to taste

• 40 g butter

• 75 grams of tomato

• 50 g green pepper

• 15g dill

Preparation:

Finely chop the leeks and sauté in some oil. Boil the rice in another pot until soft, and thoroughly combine it with leeks. Then add milk, almonds, salt and pepper and bring it to boil. Before taking the soup off the stove, add your finely chopped tomatoes, peppers and dill.

Low Cost Rice Soup

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cup cooked leftover rice or 1 cup broken rice

• 1 tbsp tomato paste

• 3 cloves of garlic

• 2 tbsp canola oil – 2 tbsp butter

• 1 pinch of parsley finely ground

• 3-4 cups beef broth-or 1 tablet

• 1 piece grated zucchini

• 1 medium onion

• ¼ tsp lemon salt and lemon juice

• 2 tbsp flour

Preparation:

• Take your cup of rice and 1 ½ cups water in a pot and cook on low heat by simmering method.

• Saute your chopped onion and chopped garlic.

• Add grated zucchini into the mixture and continue sautéing.

• Add two tablespoons of flour and cook some more.

• Add tomato paste, boiled rice, broth and hot water and boil.

Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients:

• 2 pieces chicken breast

• 1 tablespoon thyme

• 2 bay leaves

• 4 carrots

• Half a cup of rice

• A bunch of parsley

• 1 clove garlic

• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

• Salt to taste

Preparation:

• Boil chicken breasts, thyme and bay leaf in salt and peppered water. Strain chicken stock through a sieve. Stir in the chopped breast meat and let it sit for a day. The next day, remove the fats on chicken. Add thinly sliced carrots and rice into chicken broth and cook for 20 minutes.

• For sauce, mix finely chopped parsley, crushed garlic, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in the sauce into your soup, serve and enjoy.

Corn Rice Soup

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rice

• 1 tablespoon sumac

• 4 cups water

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 teaspoon thyme

• 1 tablespoon canned corn

• 1 carrot

• 2 tablespoons soybean oil

• Salt to taste

Preparation:

First chop the carrots into cubes.

Heat some oil in a pan and add carrots, sumac, thyme, corn and add enough salt.

Boil 4 cups water and water in a pot. When rice starts to cook, add in the carrot mixture, stir thoroughly and leave it to boil.

When the rice is cooked, remove it from the stove and sprinkle some paprika on top. Bon appetite..
