Spinach Soup Recipe
With a long list of vitamins and minerals, there is probably no need to tell you how nutritious spinach is, well even better if you don’t overcook it.

Spinach Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
* 6 servings
• 200 g spinach
• Small bowl of noodles or vermicelli
• 1 piece of meat bouillon or 2 cups broth
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
Preparation:
• Add your spinach in boiling water, boil it for one minute and remove and chop it into small pieces with the help of a blender.
• Chopped and blended spinach goes back into boiling water with a bit of meat broth, sunflower oil and noodles and cook the soup until the noodles are tender.
• Thicken your soup with the help of one tablespoon of corn starch and a bit of cold water.
• Add butter and serve.
Spinach Soup Recipe #2
Ingredients:
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 ½ medium potato, diced
• 2 ½ cups low salt, fat free vegetable or chicken broth
• 2 ½ cups fat-free milk
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 six ounce bag baby spinach
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp butter
• Black pepper to taste (Be careful with the use of salt as spinach is a naturally salty vegetable)
Preparation:
• Heat oil in a large saucepan. Sauté garlic, onion and potato for a few minutes- make sure garlic and onion are not burnt.
• Add milk and broth (chicken or vegetable broth). Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
• Stir in half the spinach, cover and simmer for 10 more minutes.
• Cool slightly, then transfer soup to a blender.
• Add remaining spinach and blend until smooth.

Ispanak Corbasi
Malzemeler:
*6 kisilik
• 200 g ispanak
• Kucuk bir kase ev eristesi veya tel sehriye
• 1 adet et bulyon veya et suyu
• 2 yemek kasigi tereyagi
• 2 kasik aycicek yagi
• 1 cay kasigi tuz
• ½ cay kasigi kara biber
Yapilisi:
• Ispanaklar 2-3 su bardagi kaynar suda bir dakika haslanir ve cikarilir ve blender’la inceltilir.
• Tekrar kaynatilan suyun icine bosaltilir, et suyu ve aycicek yagi ilave edilir, eristeler atilir yumusayincaya kadar pisirilir.
• 1 yemek kasigi nisasta, cok az su ile inceltilip kivam ayarlanir.
• Tereyagi eklenip servis yapilir.
