Subconscious Mind and Weight Loss

It is all about what you think and what you have in your mind and imagination, isn’t it? So why look for the excess weight culprit outside when all you need to do is to look inside? Why fall for those meaningless and temporary fad diets when you can do a lot better by your own thinking machine and try and understand how your subconscious mind and weight loss can be connected.

Your subconscious mind is in control of everything, the way you behave, the way you think, the way you talk and the way you eat.. So start observing your own thoughts, without making any judgments and become aware of them: You are what you think after all, you create your own world and kingdom with your own precious thoughts.

Do you sometimes find yourself eating when you don’t even need to or want to? What is it that is bothering you so much and it is so hurtful that you don’t even want to think about it anymore? What about bringing those thoughts to the surface- conscious mind slowly?

Are you also aware that your extra weight may be sabotaging your success and you’re afraid of facing people because of the way you look and that you feel so unhappy?

So how do you overcome the subconscious mind barrier to be successful again? When you think about it carefully, you really need to have a success plan for losing weight, which includes tactics, strategies, targets and positive affirmations.

Act on your dreams, write down what you saw in your dreams, observe your thoughts and your dreams and try and see the connection between them. All that chattering in your mind throughout the day, what is the essence of all that, what are they telling you? Are you actually angry at someone, are you scared, do you hate someone or are you guilty for causing something bad? Analyze them a little.

Subconscious Mind and Weight Loss

If you’re angry at someone, all you have to do is to forgive and let go of all the negative thoughts. If you’re guilty, try and let go of all that unnecessary guilt slowly. If you want to be slimmer, simply imagine yourself at the weight you want to be, just visualize.. It is not so hard to change.

You or other people put all those negative thoughts in your mind since your childhood, telling you: You are this, you are that, you are fat, you are not worthy of anything and these messages stayed with you forever, stuck in your subconscious mind, now it is time to release them, give them the freedom they deserve, let go…

Food has a positive value for most of us, it is almost always in everything nice in our lives. Food is what comforts us when we feel down or sad or feel anything negative. I can’t remember how many times I found myself visualizing how yummy that meal will taste after being cooked and went ahead and made exactly the same and ate it at midnight before bed, to only feel really guilty.. does it sound familiar to you ?

I love the book by Joseph Murphy, ‘The Power of Subconscious Mind’: Be careful with what you ask for from the universe, you’ll be delivered in no time whether it is good or bad for you, universe simply does not care for it, it simply delivers. Become a conscious creator, simply become aware, conquer your dark side and open yourself to the light. Negative and positive, dark and light, good and bad always coexist, it is up to you to defeat the evil- those negative thoughts.

Weight loss process always starts in your head then finds its way down to your waist line.
